Vigil planned for Fredericton homicide victim

The family of a murdered Fredericton woman hope a public vigil this weekend will raise awareness of her story and, perhaps, bring her killer to justice. Patricia Kucerovsky died in August 2008, but it wasn't until late last year police deemed the case a homicide by mercury poisoning. Kucerovsky's sister, Lori Haggerty, believes some people could have information that might help in the investigation...

One man was arrested last December, but was later released unconditionally. Police say the investigation continues, and they agree that tips from the public could solve the case. The vigil is Sunday, 3-5pm, at the Capital Exhibit Centre.
