Damage is said to be extensive after an early-morning fire inside a building at the Fredericton landfill. The city's fire department tells us crews dealt with some burning garbage inside a compacting building, and there was also fire in a control room of the same building. The cause has yet to be determined, but there's no word of any injuries.
